🧾 Order & Account Information
Q: Where can I check my order details?
A: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message. You can also check order status via your account on our website or contact us on WhatsApp at +919588263469.
Q: Can I change my address after placing the order?
A: Yes, if your order hasn’t been shipped. Please reach out to us immediately on WhatsApp with your order ID and updated address.
Q: I have received only part of my order. Where is the rest?
A: Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages. Don’t worry — the rest is on its way! You will receive separate tracking updates for each.
🧺 Product Care & Details
Q: How do I care for my products?
A: Hand wash separately in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid direct sunlight for drying. Do not soak or bleach.
Q: Where can I find the size chart?
A: Size charts are available on each product page. For custom sizing, message us on WhatsApp after placing your order.
Q: The print has irregularities. Why?
A: Handblock printing is a craft done by hand, not machines. Minor variations and irregularities are a sign of authenticity.
Q: The colour looks slightly different than the image. Why?
A: Due to natural lighting, screen resolution, and hand-dyeing techniques, minor colour variation is normal and part of the handmade charm.
🔄 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A:We accept return or exchange only in these cases:
Size or Style exchange,Wrong product received,Damaged or defective product.
The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.Product should be unused, unwashed, with tags intact.Unboxing video and clear product images are mandatory.Requests without video will not be accepted.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, dislike, quality or color expectations, sale/clearance items, international orders, plus sizes (4XL & above), or customized products.
NOTE: For Size or Style exchanges, both-side courier charges of approximately ₹199 (Per Kg) will be borne by the customer. Need To Pay First Directly Our Company Bank Account UPI donkhoriascompany@icici However, if you receive a wrong or damaged product, no courier charges will be applicable.
Q.What is your Refund Policy?
A:Refunds are provided only if a wrong or damaged product is delivered.Refund request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable and 3% payment gateway charges will be deducted from Total Amount. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.
In all other cases, refunds are issued as Store Credit only, which is valid for a lifetime and can be used on our website (not at physical stores).
Q: Do you offer reverse pickup for returns?
A: Yes We do reverse pickups. Details will be shared once the return is approved.
Q: How can I return or exchange a product?
A: Contact us on WhatsApp +919588263469 with your order ID and reason for return/exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.
Q: I received a damaged product. What can I do?
A: We're sorry! Please share clear photos of the issue on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll provide a replacement or store credit. In case you receive a wrong or damaged product, kindly make a clear unboxing video and product images from the moment you open the package. This is mandatory as proof to verify and resolve the issue smoothly. Requests without an unboxing video and images may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Q: Where can I find my store credit & how to use it?
A: If issued, your store credit code will be sent via WhatsApp or email. Apply it at checkout under "discount/gift card code."

Q: What is your shipping timeline?
A: Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days and delivered within 5–7 working days in India.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we do! International shipping is available across multiple countries .and delivered within 6-10 working days.
Q: What are your shipping charges?
A: Domestic: Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999. International: Charges vary based on location & weight, visible at checkout.
Q: What shipping services are used for international orders?
A: We partner with reliable services like DHL, FedEx, and India Post International for secure and trackable deliveries.
Q: Where are my tracking details?
A: Tracking details will be shared via email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. Still not received it? Message us your order ID on WhatsApp.
