Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

Exchange & Return Policy
We understand that sizing or preferences may vary. You may request:
Size exchange
Product exchange (style change)
Exchange for a damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered item
To qualify:
-The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact
-You must inform us within 2 days of delivery
-In case you receive a wrong or damaged product, kindly make a clear unboxing video and product images from the moment you open the package.
This is mandatory as proof to verify and resolve the issue smoothly with Our Team or Courier Partner.
-Requests without an unboxing video and images may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Returns are not accepted on clearance/sale items

Important Notes
-Use traceable courier services when returning items. We are not responsible for lost shipments.
-If the replacement size is unavailable, a store credit (valid for 30 days) will be issued.
-Shipping charges are non-refundable
-2% bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount
-One-time exchange or return per order only
-In case of damaged or wrong delivery, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
International, Plus-Size & Custom Orders
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
-International orders
-Plus sizes (4XL, 5XL, and above)
-Customized products
All import duties or taxes for international shipments are the customer’s responsibility.
Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a refund if:
-The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
-The item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags
-You raise the refund request within 48 hours of delivery
-We are unable to fulfill an exchange or replacement due to unavailability.
-In case you receive a wrong or damaged product, kindly make a clear unboxing video and product images from the moment you open the package.

Refund Process

-Once we approve the return, ship the item back to us at your cost using a trackable courier service.
-Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method or via store credit (if preferred).
