Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

At House of the Handblock, we value transparency and fairness. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order, as placing an order confirms acceptance of  the terms below.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement only.

    • Orders Once Dispatched, Cant be Cancelled.

Exchange & Return Policy (Strict):

WE DO ACCEPT ONLY-

  • Size/Style exchange.
  • Wrong product received.
  • Damaged or defective product.

🚫 We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Didn’t like the product
  • Change of mind
  • Product not needed
  • Quality preference issues
  • Color/design expectations mismatch

Eligibility Conditions:

To qualify for an exchange or Damaged/Wrong return:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery
  • Product must be:
    • Unused, unworn, unwashed
    • With original tags and packaging intact
  • Mandatory unboxing video from opening the sealed parcel + clear product images
    • This is compulsory to verify issues with our team or courier partner
    • Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted

⚠️ Sale / clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate an Exchange / Return

To initiate a return, please log in to your account, go to your order section, and select the reason for return. If your request is approved, we will arrange a return pickup. Or You Can Direct Whatsapp on 9588263469.

NOTE: For Size or Style exchanges, both-side courier charges of approximately ₹199 (Per Kg) will be borne by the customer. Need To Pay First Directly Our Company Bank Account UPI donkhoriascompany@icici .

However, if you receive a wrong or damaged product, no courier charges will be applicable.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • 3% bank/payment gateway charges will be deducted from refunds.
  • Only one exchange or return is allowed per order.
  • If the requested size/Style is unavailable, store credit valid for LIFETIME will be issued.

International, Plus-Size & Custom Orders

🚫 No returns or exchanges accepted for:

  • International orders
  • Plus sizes (4XL, 5XL & above)
  • Customized products

📌 All customs duties and import taxes for international shipments are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Eligibility

  Refunds are issued only if:

  • If Only Wrong, damaged, or defective product is received.
  • Refund request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Process

  1. Contact us within 48 hours with order ID, images, and video proof.
  2. Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after Receive & inspection.Please Note : We only do money refunds in case of Wrong or Damaged products being delivered. In any other case, a refund is made only is terms of STORE CREDIT.
  3. Refund will be credited as store credit (if preferred).
  4. Both Side Shipping Charges & 3% bank/payment gateway charges will be deducted from refunds.

  5. Store Credit:

    • Store Credit will be issued within 24 hours after the order is picked up. It will be provided via email/Whatsapp.
    • Store Credit is valid for a lifetime.
    • Store Credit serves as a Coupon Code and can be applied to your next purchase
    • The credit will be for the sale amount of the returned products.
    • Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.
    • Store Credit can not be availed at the physical stores.
